Weighly helps people understand their weight instead of reacting to it. It shows the true trend behind daily ups and downs, forecasts the date a goal will be reached and explains progress in plain words with an AI coach that runs entirely on the device. Progress photos, intermittent fasting, widgets and an Apple Watch app are built in. No account and no ads.

The scale changes every day because of water, salt and sleep, and a single number rarely tells the full story. Weighly turns weigh-ins into a clear picture: the true weight trend without daily noise, the real pace, and a forecast for the date a goal will be reached, with a range for slower and faster weeks.

An AI coach answers questions about progress in plain words, using only the numbers that have been logged, and shows a chart to back each answer. It runs entirely on the device with Apple Intelligence, so data and messages never leave the phone.

Weighly works for losing weight, maintaining a range or gaining weight. It includes progress photos with a before and after slider, intermittent fasting with Live Activities, help through plateaus, milestones every 5% of starting weight, streaks and achievements, water and steps from Apple Health, a daily calorie target, body measurements, analytics with a PDF report, widgets, an Apple Watch app, Face ID lock and optional iCloud sync.
