This Privacy Policy explains how GladeX ("GladeX," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the GladeX website available at www.gladex.top (the "Website").

The Website is operated by Individual Entrepreneur (Sole Proprietor) Hanenko Oleksandr Anatoliyovych, based in Odesa, Ukraine.

Important: this policy applies to the Website only. It does not apply to any mobile application, software product, service, platform, or other product developed, published, or operated by GladeX. GladeX products may collect and process information independently of this Website. Each such product may have its own privacy policy that governs its collection and use of information - please refer to the privacy policy applicable to the relevant product.

01Information We Collect

The Website is an informational website describing GladeX and its products.

The Website:

does not require registration or creation of an account;
does not provide user accounts or profiles;
does not contain forms for submitting personal information;
does not intentionally collect personal information through the Website;
does not use advertising trackers or behavioral tracking technologies;
does not use third-party analytics services;
does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, profiling, or user tracking.

The Website keeps only anonymous, aggregate visit counts, described below in "Anonymous Visit Statistics".

Information You Voluntarily Send to Us

If you choose to contact GladeX by email, we will receive the information contained in your email, which may include your email address, name, message, attachments, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

We use this information only for purposes reasonably related to responding to your communication, handling your request, maintaining appropriate business records, or complying with applicable legal obligations.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for your request.

Anonymous Visit Statistics

To understand which pages and Blog articles are useful, the Website counts visits in an anonymous, aggregate way, using our own code running on our hosting provider. When you use a page, your browser sends small requests that add to the following daily totals:

the page visited;
the website you came from, if your browser reports it (only the site name, for example "google", not the full address), or the campaign name in a link such as "?ref=producthunt";
the country, as determined by our hosting provider from the request;
the general type of device (mobile, tablet or desktop), the operating system family (for example iOS) and the browser family (for example Safari);
the preferred language of your browser (for example "en");
how long the page stayed open and visible, added to a daily sum;
whether the page or article was read to the end, and whether an App Store button or a link to another website was tapped.

We do not store IP addresses, full browser user agent strings, cookies, device identifiers or any other information that could identify you, and we cannot link visits to each other or to a person. Only daily totals are kept. No data is shared with analytics or advertising companies. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, no visit is counted at all.

Embedded Videos and Fonts

Some Blog articles may include YouTube videos. A video is not loaded until you choose to play it; only then does your browser connect to YouTube (using its privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain), and YouTube's privacy policy applies to that playback.

The Website uses fonts served by Google Fonts. To display them, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address as part of that request.

Technical Information Processed by Our Hosting Provider

The Website is hosted using Cloudflare.

When you access the Website, technical information associated with your request may be processed by the hosting and infrastructure provider as part of providing, securing, and maintaining the Website. This may include information such as an IP address, request timestamps, browser or device information, requested URLs, and other technical information contained in server or network logs.

GladeX does not use this information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing purposes.

Such technical processing may be performed by Cloudflare independently as necessary to provide and secure its hosting infrastructure. Cloudflare's own privacy practices may apply to information it processes in connection with its services.

02How We Use Information

Information processed in connection with the Website may be used for the following limited purposes:

to operate, maintain, and secure the Website;
to understand, in aggregate, which pages and articles are visited and read, so we can improve the Website;
to prevent abuse, fraud, attacks, or other misuse of the Website;
to respond to communications sent to us;
to maintain necessary business or administrative records;
to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or lawful requests.

We do not use information obtained through the Website for targeted advertising or behavioral advertising.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal information collected through the Website to third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

Information may be processed or disclosed where reasonably necessary:

to hosting, infrastructure, security, email, or other service providers that help us operate the Website or communicate with you;

Our hosting provider may process technical information as described in Section 1.

04Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.

The Website does not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking systems, or similar tracking technologies. The anonymous visit statistics described in Section 1 use no cookies and store nothing in your browser.

Certain technical functions of web hosting, browsers, networks, or security infrastructure may involve the processing of technical information or mechanisms that are necessary to deliver or protect the Website. Such infrastructure-level processing is not used by GladeX for advertising or behavioral profiling.

If our use of cookies or similar technologies materially changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature and limited scope of information processed through the Website.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to communications, maintaining legitimate business records, protecting the Website, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.

Technical logs and infrastructure-related information may be retained by our hosting or infrastructure providers according to their applicable policies, configurations, and retention practices.

Anonymous daily visit totals contain no personal information and may be kept for as long as they are useful.

We do not intentionally create or maintain user profiles based on visits to the Website.

GladeX is operated from Ukraine.

Individuals may have rights provided by applicable Ukrainian law, including rights relating to access to, correction of, and deletion of personal data, subject to applicable legal limitations and requirements.

Requests concerning personal data may be submitted using the contact information in Section 13.

Where applicable data protection law applies to our processing of personal data, GladeX acts as a data controller with respect to personal information that it directly processes for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Depending on the circumstances, our legal bases for processing may include:

Legitimate interests, such as operating and securing the Website, preventing abuse, and maintaining the Website;
